A single-component, moisture-curing, acrylic modified hybrid sealant that is based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It has excellent UV and weathering properties and features matt finish. The static charge of this sealant is low, hence attracts less dust particles and reduces dirt streaking issues on façade cladding. It is also free of silicone oil, minimizing building aesthetic issues caused by oil staining. It is also solvent and isocyanate free hence guarantees no shrinkage and no air bubbling. The adhesion on various substrates is excellent even without primer, yet it is paintable with common industrial paints. It is a green sealant formulated to meet the low VOC regulation.
